11 months out and banged this out today. Didn’t look as good as you but awesome for my mental being able to these so far. Definitely still feels like there’s a ways to go, just remembering that it’s not as much about the time as it is progressing through the necessary steps without skipping. I think really getting the acl leg as strong and confident as the opposite leg will do a ton neurologically so looking forward to that!

get a good physio / S/C coach to help guide you. but i think its always good to tick of muscle bulk/strength, then getting into plyos, sprinting, COD. and just keep repping it and changing it up until it feels normal. time frames are hard

Me and sons mother had knee surgery. Me acl. Not sure what she had. Are reverse nordics a good preventative? Its tough and core works so hard.

Exercises are tools, a good program that incorporates strength training of quads, hamstrings and glutes are preventative

I had a physical therapist sub have me run first time in stupid circles fast and faster timing me , at any rate he was clueless it was my first run in 9 months! I couldn't walk for a week, had to take steps back after a month 1/2 it took to recover start over and from the place I was stuck for that long. I ran a few weeks, accidently during an art project jogging around carrying sticks etc on a slanted hill. No pain at time on slant but again the weakness inner thigh that the sub caused months ago hurt all over. Its been 3 weeks just starting walk jog only maybe 1 mile 2 on a good day. I am recovering quicker but I'm a year out!!?? So is the slant on hill bad for ever now?? I can run up down hills ok, just didn't realize the sideways walking slant would re-cause this inner thigh weakness. How do i avoid this? More strength ? Also being very thin( healthy though ) I can't put on wright or muscle hardly at all. How do I get stronger?? Sheet great videos!!

More quads strength, gaining muscle mass and progressive running increases in flat would be the place to start! That experience sounds hard
