Thanks man! It's so funny, right after I posted the video I went "Ohhhh those are the vapor hands!", which makes me think maybe they recast the vapor body, too. Only way to fix the ankle from what I can tell would be to trim the bottom of it off so that it's even all the way around, and then you'd have exposed ankle pegs, so I just left it as-is.
It took almost exactly 2 weeks from order to delivery-- 13 days. Might vary based on your location and how long they take to actually put it in the mail, but that's been about the timeline each time I've ordered something from them.

Here's an idea when you get the Rick you should do a Morty to accompany him and since you make custom vehicles you could build Rick's spaceship car too display with the figures
