      Hi. I highly recommend these. Use Dremel fiber wheels. They work the best. amzn.to/49hTSeP

      Probably for balancing the armature.

    Did that fix your problem?

      Yes, that fixed the motor. The cart itself had lots of other issues that needed to be addressed. Once everything was addressed, its been running great. It hits just over 25mph with this motor. It spins at about 4200 rpm.
