My boy is half blue half korat(they are believed to be gods)he looks acts just like a korat! U didnt mention blues love to jump as well as climb! My boy has bad balance due to the physical abuse he got for the first 5 weeks of life! I got him when he was 6 weeks old! Once trust was established he wasnt timid like my daughters blue was! Allergic to cats i dont believe blues are all that hyperallergenic! Both breeds are generally healthy but obesity is common to both breeds! Korats must be genetically tested to rule out a fatal neuro paralysis disease which killed my boys sister! Both breeds are prone to respiratory illness! My boys a preemie with severe asthma! I prefer the look of korats over blues! They both are similar in color but blues have small features! They are two of the nicest smartest breeds! We dont play much due to my mobility issues but hes fine not playing! Cuddling is what he wants the most and he likes being sung to!

sorry about your personal situation--hope at some point you can get another "Blue" of your own-my Russian Blue was a great comfort to me during my emotional "ups and downs" and there essentially was no better therapy than interacting with her. My Best to you!!!
I hope you get another Russian Blue for yourself. I just had to put my Russian Blue Eli down yesterday after being diagnosed with a tumor last July. Eli looked just like Spike and had all the same mannerisms. I knew the day was coming and tried to prepare myself, however, when the day comes it's still extremely painful. My condo has become a very cold and lonely place without the presence of Eli.
