Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Once you have completed a design, how do you print it? what machines and materials are used?

You can see casting resin printing here ruclips.net/video/JNr6Kv0kxAE/видео.html you can get an explanation of the printing process here ruclips.net/video/s_8IQGODCI8/видео.html here ruclips.net/video/yJLALBOVaiU/видео.html and here ruclips.net/video/F93hqSJ9sgY/видео.html but then there is all the metal casting process and the jewelry process. I won't make videos about the metal casting (you can see a super short clip melting metal here ruclips.net/video/kZJfMzLFTh8/видео.html) process because other people do that, you can see a bit of the jewelry process here ruclips.net/video/ZIQSvuRg-r4/видео.html and here ruclips.net/video/9urOU9aLyvo/видео.html

Why do you work in meters instead of mm? Is there a reason for that like gem shaders do not work accurately at a smaller scale?

The first reason is simply 3D printing, Blender default setting is configured at 1/1000 ratio (and obviously don't bother in changing that configuration). Then there is indeed the fact that shaders and cameras etc... tend to fail at small sizes
