Reading through the comments there seems to be some confusion about of these are post or flat mount, They ARE flat mount, I think a lot of people are being confused by this because the design of the calipers and the mounts. Basically they have done the opposite to Shimano/SRAM. Because the mounting hole spacing is different on fork than it is on the frame if you want to use the same design of caliper front and rear (like Shimano/SRAM do) one caliper will always need a mount/adapter plate, With Shimano/SRAM no matter what size rotor you use you ALWAYS need an adapter/mount on the fork but NOT always on the frame (depending on what size rotor you are using and what the frame was designed for). LT-Woo have done the opposite so with these calipers you will ALWAYS need an adapter/mount on the rear but NOT always on the front. If you pause at 4:26 you can see what I mean, if they were using 140 rotor that mount would not be required and the caliper would bolt directly to the fork. So they will fit a flat mount frame-set by design, however it could be an issue for people who have older post/IS frames who wish to use this system as Post/IS to Flat adapters are available but they would not work with this design.
Can't wait to see this, long time coming! Love that you're always dropping new, useful content - where others keep recycling the same content and pray we don't notice!

I'm convinced. 10-52 in the 1x ? that is awesome. And in the meantime the suckers of shimano and sram forcing the user on a ridiculous 11-42 officially (or 11-46 going out of specs to the maximum), and shimano having issues with their clutch. ... . If the system and derrailleur works as advertised, I think many people will start to go to ltwoo and ditch their shimanos/srams (myself included). Also I see that they are also releasing a new MTB version of the derrailleur (T-series) with clutch, with the same impressive lookins. If I don''t manage to repair my Shimano XTR 12s (flawed design and dirt/mud/rust gets inside the clutch mechanism, forcing you to clean it every few weeks, lesson I learnt too late) I will buy a ltwoo and trash the XTR.
Great video, both in content and presentation Joe! As you say, this really is a game changer in the industry, especially if more bike manufacturers spec it as standard. Along with Sensah, with China being the home of electronics manufacturing, I think we’ll see electronic group sets within 18-24 months…
well, the first units are finally on sale on aliexpress and they are closer to 500€ at the moment... will we see these prices come down eventually? and also are they only going to work with their own proprietary brake fluid? we need to get some reviews in ASAP!
Still betting on L-TWOO or Sensah to come out with electronic shifting at 700-800 usd. That will be a major kick in the nuts for big 3. Shimano 105 di2 has plainly a ridicolous price.

Great pair with a budget Ti gravel frame
I really luv the look of these new groupset. Defo planning to buy
Yeah, It's a good deal!
Man this is so exciting its like campanolo but budget and 12 speed
I'd love to test them! I 11s L-TWOO works very reliably.
Great video, both in content and presentation Joe!
As you say, this really is a game changer in the industry, especially if more bike manufacturers spec it as standard.
Along with Sensah, with China being the home of electronics manufacturing, I think we’ll see electronic group sets within 18-24 months…
Groupsets will be sooner than that. ;) ;) My lips are sealed.
@@ChinaCycling you should get winspace to sell complete bikes with these new group sets!!
2 words. Quality control
This is good, as this is available here in the Philippines 👌🏼
Many thanks for making this video 👍
Many thanks for watching.
I am ready to test this group set!
well, the first units are finally on sale on aliexpress and they are closer to 500€ at the moment... will we see these prices come down eventually? and also are they only going to work with their own proprietary brake fluid? we need to get some reviews in ASAP!
Admittedly wish you opted for the 2x because I want to hear about the front shifting performance. But I’m excited to see what you think of this group!
As usual great reviews. And now all we need is PT's and Hambini's opinion! I wonder if Get Hard Vroomen will use em on his bikes!?
Yeah, I'm sure that pair will find any weaknesses.
509.5 € shipped on the official l-twoo aliexpress
Still betting on L-TWOO or Sensah to come out with electronic shifting at 700-800 usd. That will be a major kick in the nuts for big 3. Shimano 105 di2 has plainly a ridicolous price.
I predict half that price. (For just the shifting and braking parts)
Great to see, can’t be long before Sensah launch a hydro groupset can it?
Soooooon
@@ChinaCycling Really? Have been riding Sensah Empire for 3000+km and love the simplicity of single lever design. Only drawback is the cable actuate disc brake.
Aestathically, I wish that they bring FM-Brakes. Then it could be my choice.
fm?
This seems like a really interesting group for that price, I'd love to give it a try some day.
This is going straight to my gravel bike but I would like to see l'twoo offer actual flat mount calipers.
This really is fantastic! I'm not happy with my hybrid cable pull hydraulics and having an affordable full hydros gives so many more options
This has to be the way forward hydraulic making a solid alternative to electric group sets
Hambini Approved! I'm in.
Gee... can't wait to own one, thanks Joe 👍
Yeah, I'm pumped for mine.
17:01 more info? awesome looking groupset, great vid thanks for sharing
