Invite karo yaar... I passed through Lucknow and couldn't stay the day there. And a tea seller sold me normal tea for 50 bucks and when I told that to another vendor where I was having toast and eggs... he and a few other vendors went to fight with him about he ripping me. 😅 I was pretty pissed with the incident as well - such peeps bring bad name to Indians.
I can't agree with you, that pahadi food like jhangora is not tasty, have you tried पल्ल्यो, खीर. Even the pahadi loon is a delicacy 😅. BTW nice effort 😊, I was waiting for this kind video

Himachali Bhawan in Mandi House actually seves a very close approximation of Himachali dham. Except for that place, it's very difficult to find authentic Himachali dham outside of Himachal. Delhi Haat might still be doing it, it used to ages ago. Do yourselves a favor, and get yourself invited to a Himachali wedding, preferably in Kangra or Palampur. It contains rice, teliya maah (maah dal made in mustard oil), palda (similar to sweet-sour kadhi but no pakoda, instead boondi is there), khatta (sour gravy of black chana), madra (rajma it chole in a besan gravy), 2-3 more daals, and meetha bhaat as dessert. This is like ki kaam chala lo.... TBH, i wouldn't mind inviting you guys to my village and serving you some authentic Himachali food as it's served traditionally, sitting on ground, on leaf plates.
