I purchased a used Luminaire and have been watching your videos. You have been such a great help to me. I just started playing with it and my bobbin thread is showing to the top. Am I supposed to match the bobbin thread to the top threads after each color change. What is the first step to correct the white bobbin thread from showing on top. Also, what should my top tension be for embroidery. I need your help Iwould love to take a class buy there is no where around here.

Have you used the scissor function in the color edit area to crate files to cut with the ScanNCut for appliqués? Works great! Files are placed in the bpocket.

You can do that? I have some shapes from a collection originally made for the Bernina Cut Tool that I REALLY would rather use with my Scan’NCut.

Hi Terry, I enjoy your videos! Question about he Design Center...how do you change the stitches from double run stitching to single run stitch design? I am not able to find where I can do that. Thanks for your help.

Sophia Wages - if you are not a member of my Facebook group, Just Stitchin with the Brother Luminaire, you might want to join. Brother is wrapping up their B2B convention for Dealers. As part of that convention, we found out there is a new Upgrade that will be available for purchase soon. Dealers should be getting this sometime after August. The upgrade will allow us to change the Fill Stitches in My Design Center Center to a single run. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that they gave us the option for a single run on outline stitches.

Joyce Lewis - I have multiple videos showing how to scan images into the machine. Look at a video where I show how to create N Applique in My design Center. I am scanning a nook but the technique is the same. This will be in the My Design Center Playlist.

Is there a way to delete stamps saved in memory? I made a bunch of them trying to figure this all out and I want to get rid of all the ones that didn't work.
