Malama Mala Cleanup Dive February 2022

We believe it is important to give back to the ocean that gives us so much. This February we adopted our favorite dive site, Mala, and did the first of many clean up dives. In partnership with Project AWARE's Dive Against Debris 15 divers collected 110 lbs of garbage at Mala. We then categorized the garbage to send our data to Project AWARE for use in determining what are the main polluters in the ocean and who we should lobby to create legislation to stop the debris.
