    Great sessions mate. My advice would be look into a slightly bigger net, 30”+ is best for barbel as they are very long fish

    Well done fella. Great session for your first time. Many angkers would love a session like that. Advice wise, I didn't see and you may have done it but leave the barbel in your net afterwards to rest for at least 10 minutes.

      @razoutFishing  Год назад

      Did gave them both rest but shorter and already took that advice from the barbel expert to leave them bit longer 😊
      Will keep them longer

    Good effort. Bin the alarms and use proper river rests, will stop your rods hitting the ground with your baitrunners set properly(yours were too tight) that's your bite indication. Use a bigger landing net, not carp size but 30" spoon type, will lessen fin damage and allow you to rest the fish properly. Good luck.

    Very good video. Well done on your Barbel. Beautiful looking fish and location. Can I ask what rods you were using on the bite alarms? Look forward to the next video. 🐟👍🏻

      The rods are Korum Barbel 13ft 2.5lb and 11ft 1.75lb
      You can see more gear I have used in the description above 😉
