The last coach I recall actually running out their contract would the John Fox with the Carolina Panthers. He was not fired. They didn't extend his contract.

I can’t blame the coach for being fed up. I’ve been a Jerry supporter for years and I’ve become fed up as well, now just imagine having to work with an owner in a position where he’s takes too much of the control that’s due to the position. And this owner won’t get key players by the trade deadline when it obvious the position needs upgrading due to poor play or injuries. There’s a lot to be fed up with concerning Jerry and it’s not just contracts. Don’t forget about Stephen Jones, fed up with him too.
The last coach I recall actually running out their contract would the John Fox with the Carolina Panthers. He was not fired. They didn't extend his contract.
