Why is a dead dance from the late 90s/early 00s being now named not only a sport but an Olympic one? Pretty sure there’s better candidates for that

Breaking has spread worldwide and is more prominent than ever. Countries across the world are very receptive to the culture and are still innovating the dance today. Samsung uploaded an informative short film. "Samsung x Paris 2024: Open always wins - Breaking Boundaries"

Have you been hiding under a rock since the 1990’s when it blew up and went global? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Cmon man. Breaking is East Coast and old as hell. Great to hang on to but is NOT an Olympic sport. They are just pandering to the culture. Ridiculous.

Still takes a great athlete to win. Back then a fat guy could win with basic moves as long as he doesn't mess up but nowadays the level has sky rocketed, you need to be fit, strong and the endurance to win now
