And indeed, a resinous fragrance unfolding in a hot desert is a sublime experience.
I totally agree! I am an Indian been residing in desert area for quite some time. I don't mind wearing ysl libre intense in summer!! Yeah, but it's subjective to people.
2 days ago i bought Le Parfum and i love it. I have the eau the parfum and the eau de toilette.. Last night in bed i was like, oke so now i need the intense version as well so i ordered it ☺️ I don't know what it is with this libre line but i am so in love with it!! Much love from Amsterdam
Libre edt to be worn during the day and Libre Le Parfum to be worn in the evening. LOVE them ❤ and Le Parfum is a huge compliment getter for me. Both have great longevity and sillage 🥰🌺
To each their own, to me the musk isn’t masculine, it just adds depth, sophistication and warmth. Intense is too sweet for me. I just bought the EDP and am very happy with it. Lavender makes it a calming scent, musk and floral notes make it versatile to wear at night as well.

I find the intense the least performing I tested it first and I thought it was strong But when I got a full bottle it just didn’t perform as I wished My god le perfum is my favourite Although I have all of them This line is gorgeous ❤❤❤
Perhaps batch code variation issue. I remember getting annoyed of how strong this fragrance is. New bottles seem way weaker compared to the old ones. And trust me it is not a “noseblind” issue just like what a lot of people say
I really like the musk in the edp, very sophisticated and classic. I wear it to the office mostly. Easily oversprayed btw, found that one out myself lol.
Imo the dried down between intense and le parfum is different,they not sharing libre DNA the OG and Intense still the same DNA but yaa everybody has their own favourite for Libre line ♥️

I’m late to this discussion but I’ll start by saying I am in live the the Libre Intense. I don’t really care for lavender scents and was actually looking in the store at some violet scents. I remembered the hype with Libre and wanted to try it again. It’s just ok fir me but the Intense, to my nose,has some kind of spearmint going on. I don’t know but I have been back to the store 3 times trying this and I finally asked for it fir my birthday. Yes, I feel I can wear it thru the summer. I can’t get the Intense off of my mind.
Big fan of the libre line. Libre le is like the intense but a little less strong and sweeter on my skin. The dry down is really beautiful too, giving a little more subtle linger. In general I feel this line gives classy and sophisticated woman but the libre le adds a touch of sweetness that’s less intimidating to me.
As soon as it come out I ordered the new le Parfum and I really don’t like it . It’s not strong enough .. and doesn’t last long . It’s exactly the same problem that I have with the intense … for me it’s like it disappears after 10 min :( so the Original EDP is my favourite !!

Btw I just bought the intense a month ago for my lady and it is my favorite. Haven’t smelled the new one yet. She said she doesn’t like darker deeper fragrances she likes light and sweet. Cloud is her favorite perfume. She now loves it after a few times wearing it at my request. It’s sexy,feminine , sophisticated.

the Libre EDP grew on me. It was not love at first sniff. First tries i thought it was so boring, but i loved the drydown. I eventually found myself craving it.
I just got a sample and I found it disgusting. I can't even imagine someone else will like this parfume. It is so horrible I had to wash it off. Definitely a parfum other people will not want to be near you😂
I don’t get the hype of Libre line. Gave away the original and returned the intense to Sephora. That lavender ruins the perfume. So masculine and not sexy. Headache inducing fragrance. My husband couldn’t stay in the same room till I took shower to get rid of this perfume 🫢🤣

I personally don’t like it , there’s nothing new or exciting about it to me , it’s very basic and normal like many other designers fragrances.
It took me a few times to appreciate it! Comparing it to other perfumes at Sephora I could easily tell it apart.
