Hey, I'm looking at either this in a 2020 vintage, Meiomi 2022 vintage, or a Tudor (almost triple the price) 2020 vintage. And we're talking Costco here. Because this is at Costco. I just want to cook beef bourguignon with it and I know a lot of people say just use the cheapest option. But I don't want it to smell funky. This is by far the cheapest opinion, and I was hesitant at first but mushrooms are already going into the bourguignon. What's your opinion on cooking with it?
