As someone who's relatively new to volleyball, I can say this game was pretty awesome to watch (I watched the whole game) Mannn... Hawaii are a very good team. put there bodies on the line, play quick are organised and really inspire me to start playing!

Come on, I go to LB, so what else am I going to think. It's just surprising for me because they beat then 3-1 in the game I watched. I tell you, though, Nicolov is all that. What a presence on the court. Very exciting and smart player. And he's only 18!
I think emotions got the best of LBSU from the get go and the cool calm collect Warriors just played their style of VB and kept the errors low and the consistency of efficiency rolling and that's how they were able to win in controlling fashion against a great Beach team! Way to go BOWS! Everyone in Hawaii are so proud of you for going the distance! Congratulations!!! LET'S GO BOWS!!👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽💪🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🌈🌈🧹🧹🧹🏆🏆
I agree. The disrespect towards men’s volleyball is real. Not only did they not start the men’s championship broadcast on time they even cut it as soon as the match was over to show corn hole. Pretty sad IMO.
Watched LB at the Pyramid 7 times this year. They won them all--including Hawaii. Didn't think they could lose🤷♂️ But Nicolov was awesome to watch. And he's only a Freshman!
The Beach defeated Hawaii at the Pyramid twice 3-1, Hawaii swept the Beach 3-0 in the Big West Tournament, and swept the Beach at the National Championships again 3-0.
Hawaii was in those matches at the pyramid even with their opposite having the worst matches of the season, if he played better I knew hawaii would win
@@polyprinz definitely for defalco freshman yeah he is better but as years go by I don’t think he is gonna be better then defalco. Defalco is better at passing, his IQ is higher and has the same arm
Super fun game to watch but I think LBSU setter Aidan Knipe was just a bit off (maybe because of the wrap?). Had a couple sets each set that were too fast, too low, or off the net that threw off hitter tempo and led to blocks/transition opportunities for Hawaii. Props to Hawaii for taking advantage though!

Hawaii was clearly better in most spots but they won 25-22, 25-21 the first two sets; you cannot tell me that this game wasn't a few points and momentum swings away from going 5 sets.
As much the same as 2021 championship, announcers gave Hawaii NO RESPECT! It was All about LBSU this, LBSU that. No slight against 49ers but Hawaii's Rainbow Warriors were just too quick, powerful & flawless. Eye'll just wait & see for the 2023 Rainbow Warrior title defense.....IMU, Koa Anuenue....Hana Hou 2023
