Wow so my right shoulder is way less tense and it’s been like that for as long as I can remember, no amount of yoga or strengthening has helped it. I’m so grateful. But the ads playing in the middle of this was very off putting 😅

One thing I will say though is my session got interrupted twice by midroll ads. I totally understand the need for ads but could you keep them to before the video starts? Thanks!
Sorry about this. I've been hearing more from people about the ads. My intent was never to put ads on my videos... and I never selected them to do so. However, RUclips has updated their policies and is now putting ads on all accounts. The way to avoid it is to either purchase youtube premium or install something like adblocker which is free.

Yup. This video in particular of his got hit with ads for whatever reason. As far as I'm aware, really all he can do is reupload this video with louder audio so that the ads that come on aren't so much louder than the video itself.
Sorry, I can't do anything at this point as RUclips has changed its policy and can put ads on anything. RUclips premium is a potential way to go and then you won't get ads on anything.
