10 minutes of bar service. The idea of this video as of all "bartender at work" episodes is to show ergonomic of the bar, bartender's moves and techniques as well as to convey the vibe and ambience of the place.
It's also very useful for myself to see from the side how i work, what mistakes i make and how we can improve bar setup and ergonomic to be more efficient and productive. Soon you will see some changes in the work space organisation and will be able to compare how it was and how it is, which I believe is super important, especially if you are new in the bar industry or just want to improve your current work space.
