I have a new one for your most powerful list. Kerosene’s new frag Followed. It’s a one or two spay max. It’s very goody but still woks as a ballanced fragrance imo. Really digging it so far. Maybe the best chocolate I’ve tried in the dry down.

Ash. Should I blind buy Encre Noire Extreme? I liked EN, and I’m seeing that ENE has bergamot on top, a note that I thought I smelled on EN. A nice contrast with the earthiness of the vetiver.
If you like the idea of a fresher opening, go for Encre Noire Sport. The Extreme is less “damp” than the OG and goes in a more dry/smokey direction, whereas the Sport has a fresher opening and is a bit lighter overall in the base.
To my nose every EN smells like Master Yoda--or rather, the fantasy note of how I'd expect Yoda to smell. Decaying, swampy, senescent, amphibian in some way.
Stick to the original encre noire imo, ala extreme next then sport - can’t beat the original but extreme is a decent 2nd, sport is a bit meh imo
