Got up at 4 a.m. after sleeping maybe 1.5 hours. I felt a true sense of accomplishment and definitely overcame my fears. I’m no longer just a track wife! 🤩💙🙌🏼 I can’t wait for the next time! 😅
Looks like you had a great time and were a fair bit quicker in the second session which comes down to confidence. I remember being nervous when I did my first track day way back in 2004 but had a blast. I picked up my E92 M3 back in August and looking forward to some track days next year. Mine's a manual though so a bit more of a challenge on track but should be great fun. Love the colour of your car.
I had to focus on just surviving and couldn’t focus on paddle shifting too. Next time! Cool u have a manual. Where do u do track days? Nick has an E92 M3 same color. 💙
Yes as get more confidence you can start to use the paddles. The DCT was the first decent paddleshift gearbox and still pretty impressive today. We have plenty of track day venues in the UK including Silverstone where the British F1 race is held each July but my favourite is on a former airfield site which is rather flat and featureless but if you make a mistake there a good chance you won't wreck your car.

Usually C group isn’t mixed with B group. That was a whole different level of scariness. There was a yellow Lotus that I swear buzzed behind me on many laps like a KILLER BEE! 🐝☠️😳😱🤯
