Question: what oil do you use (onions, garlic) ? It is colorless.
Do you think olive oil is less suited for use in recipes like this one? Too strong a specific taste?
I don't like olive oil for taste but you can use it if you want to. I do veg oil always

Thank you for sharing this, chef! Would you please tell me the ratio of chicken stock and cream you put in the soup? I never get to make it right
You can make your own ratios depend on how creamy you want to have a soup but I would do something like 70\30 stock\cream

Sometimes cooks say that garlic shouldn't be fried because it will get bitter. Is this only if you fry it too strong?
You can fry it but don't burn it. Is bitter just when burned
me favorite is wery simple soup.... from special mushroom (čírovnica májová {SK} Calocybe gambosa{lat.} čirůvka májovka{cz}) with carrot and semolina dumplings (only 3 ingredients + watter)

Just don't put bacon, or use chorizo or something similar
I recommend trying beet (beetroot) chips. They too are crunchy and and hearty.
Sometimes when I roast the garlic it turns bitter. What do I do?
Roast it on very low heat and dont do it too dark ;)

Asparagus, Chef Majk, to vobec nieje sezonna zelenina v polovici novembra.. je milé ze uz davas kurzy a ucis, no je treba sa neustale ucit , hlavne v restauracnom odvetvi!
Ale ja nikde nerikal ze je sezona chrestu, a ze vsechny moje recepty jsou sezoni, mnoha odberatelu je z jinych kontinentu a maji tam uplne jine obdobi a jine suroviny takze si kazdy muze delat co chce 😉

I was expecting to learn something. This video was a little silly and could have been about half as long. The painstaking plating only to pour soup over and disturb was a waste of time. I’m still subscribing.
