I love powder foundation in the summertime. But I've learned to always wear a tinted mineral SPF, to serve as a primer underneath it. This of course comes after a toner spray, a couple of serums and a lightweight moisturizer. Sounds like a lot, but my face loves these layers. I love your tap-pat method of applying your powder - and you do follow it with a brush to buff it. Perfection! So good to see you looking so good!
PS I've been using Bare minerals, the OG loose mineral powder foundation, for over 20 years. I know you don't like it, but I do!
Oh no I love Bare Minerals! I stopped using it because of the auto ship and the hassle. I tried their liquid and didn't like it. Back when I was using it, you had to get it directly from the company. It wasn't in any stores but I used it for 10 years!

I just got home from working one job. It's beastly hot. I am waiting for the sun to go down closer to dinner time to do my second job. I'm in between weed whacking my yard in spurts. I'm going to cook dinner for my husband and then head out to get the other job done. My customer is on a trip so I can go anytime. Maybe I will do a video.

Awww Denize thank you! Well there was a time I looked much older from stress. Even though I never wore sunscreen on my face, I always moisturized with Lubriderm. That was all I used for moisturizer until I started using actual skincare. My husband always tells me I look young for my age. I really think having a large family and working outside in my yard has kept me really young.
