Had great fun with one of these on a POTA activation on Great Orme this month - seems a great antenna so far
Great video. I am very eager to see the next video. Hope it comes very soon
Looks great for /Portable and look forward to seeing it in action. Very nice,
GP cables are sub-par, so I changed them. Otherwise it is well worth the money.I ordered also those parts allowing me to use it as a JPC-7 dipole if needed. Also, when using 2 coils for GP vertical, 80 m band can be used.
Looks well made.
It is Mike. Now if only I can get some propagation :)
Hello mate i have the jpc 7 very easy to set up 👆
can you give us a link to this antenna please tnx 73 qro HB9GUR
It's in the video description Phillippe
It is exactly a copy of budstick pro..... 73 qro HB9GUR
It is quite similar, although the buddistick uses a tripod base, not a ground spike and the coil is dealt with differently. Very similar though.
I have popped it in the description for you.
I wouldn't call exploiting the same well known principle (every E class operator should know it... that is that higher one in Europe) "copying".
