Another fantastic video, it's been raining like that over here in the NT for two or three months now and the grass is three mtrs high, I had trouble driving my backhoe through it it's that long, the dry is on the way but it still rained last night and this morning, spiders, spiders and more spiders, why were they invented, aaahhhh, glad to see how much rubbish has been left around by previous people and it shows just how difficult it is to find gold, have a good day and keep up the good work.

The gold appears to be scattered here and there, with the heavy rains maybe pushing it around.
    I was thinking.
I'd look around and find the oldest deadest biggest tree and yank it out the ground somehow.
For all the years it grew there, I believe gold would fall on top of any roots that branched out from it, that/or, fall of those roots and be right under them.
Seems the greatest concentration would be closer to trees then in the open vs where there's more people taking the easy road to find those nuggets.
These are just some thoughts I had and thought I'd share, but I would yank up a bunch of dead trees to check out those odds.
Have a great day! Love watching your videos!

Krissy , I think I would experiment with a magnet that you could pull behind your 4wheeler to clear an area of lose scrap before you detect it.
Something similar to a roofing nail magnet.
You may have to modify it but if it works it would save you alot of time on finding those little pieces of scrap.

Well, from the trash, you pulled out a nice piece of gold. I hope I broke my losing streak today found 3 nice stony iron meteorites and a 1.85 gold quartz specimen. I've dug my share of aluminum foil down deep. Out here in Arizona's gold basin we don't have the highly mineralized ground you do so we can hit target's deep. Always enjoy your videos, happy hunting. Wanted to also mention I use Iron Out to clean up my specimen pieces and sometimes gold covered with iron stone. It's normal uses to take iron out of white clothes in your laundry. I'll keep watching hope the information helps.

So Thats how those Nug's-o-Stardust get pushed around so much! The upside appears that the rain has cooled things off a bit. Was hoping for a BFN (big fat nug) under that bush too! Hard work and diligence wins the Day! I wouldn't be surprised to see you unearth a BFN one of these days! . . . And . . as it turns out, according to the Library of Medicine and the "edible insect" websites, those fly's supply a bit of protein, some amino acids and are Very Low on calories! . . ur definitely Not gonna get fat eating one once in a while! ; ) Good Show, be Safe, Hav Fun!

It’s actually a little cooler since the rain but not sure if we’re done with those hot summer temperatures yet, I certainly hope so!
Thanks for looking up the consistency of a fly, I swallow one about once a week 🤢

Krissy, where is your fly netting? And I'm telling you, if I swallowed a fly I would be chasing that with a shot of whiskey for sanitary purposes haha. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
