vast majority of bullying these days is psychological: victim playing and race baiting. Basically, its " you offended me so you're a bad person and you deserve to suffer your whole life". Or "you did what you did while being white so you deserve to suffer"
actual fights are rare. And even when they do happen they're not that serious

The police and general law enforcement are there in existence to do that job. Don’t trust me, go and ask the families of wanna be heroes who are forever gone because they wanted to be the hero and became not here. My neighbor left 2 boys and 2 girls. The mother could only kept them a float for 3 years and 5 months and they lost the house. She was seeing other men 6 months soon after. The children became depressed and troublesome. Just sad. You be the hero and strive to the job of the police. Take risks. The pain of the wanna be the hero is once but his family will suffer. Don’t be selfish and mind your business.

GUYS, the only “words” that need to be spoken AFTER someone tries to physically assault you or even shows physical aggression are: STAND BACK! GET AWAY FROM ME!
If they don’t you HAVE to do what you would otherwise do if someone was punching you.
You do not just simply stand back and offer someone the opportunity to sucker punch you.
My God, the guy in white didn’t even extend his hands when he came back to keep him at the distance and ready to respond.
Please don’t be so naive. He was looking for an opening. His body language was screaming.

@@ghanaboyzit's true this anonymity has emboldened too many people, however I'm not sure if that was the case here. I don't think they were saying the same guy being attacked twice but, rather the second person (guy in white). The attacker walked away then came back, i think that's when op meant the guy should have at least tried to make the guy back up. I didn't mean to barge in and wanted to wait for op to directly respond but since I had an opposing opinion I thought best to clarify my position.

When I tell a young women not to walk alone on a secluded street at night I’m not telling her she’s at fault if she was to be attacked. I’m telling her how to avoid being a victim.
How you got from there to me blaming victim is a mental gymnastic of mega proportions.
