Well Zuko is still better in character development, but still he is more closer Arcan (Both had powerful fathers who neglected them, they redeemed themselves).
Arcann is a amazing character, he is one of few who bypassed our SWTOR player character's plotarmor and managed to beat us in a fair fight like 2 times.
Such a Powerfull figure. Drop him in the middle of the Dark / jedi Council chambers and he could probably solo them all xD

Arcann is such a great character in my opinion.
SoR, KOTFE & KOTET were the best expansions of SWTOR! Arcann is, without a doubt, one of my favorite characters of the game. Thank you, Central
Edit: I honestly think I watch the "Sacrifice" trailer just to see Arcann's development.

unprovoked aggression is crazy when we saw u slaughtering sith and jedi left right and centre
I hate how how they wrote the redemption arc if the character chooses to save him and Senya. I know they were rushed but a magical ritual? Complete flip in his personality off-screen? Him immediately becoming so much of a simp for the commander that he can even rival Lana? No, imprisonment option, barely any reaction from other characters, not even Koth throwing a comment or two? Yeah this is some peak deus ex machina, he practically goes scot-free after killing billions. Imagine Vader surviving his encounter with the Emperor and then just becoming a trusted member of the Rebel Alliance with people like Han and Leia having zero objections to it just because Luke said “there’s good in him trust me bro”. That’s basically this.
its not that it was rushed, but that there were too many other problems to focus on arcann. Remember the Emperor was still alive and planning to consume the entire galaxy. Why would you focus on Arcann who was no threat no more at that point. There was also still Vaylin and Scorpio as well as the eternal fleet.
@@Valkyraw They cut down the plot of what was supposed to be three 16 chapters expansions(KOTFE and 2 others), to what just ended up just being nine chapters of KOTET. They had a shoehorn a lot of plot points in and so they felt rushed.
I hate how they turned the Eternal Empire Trilogy into a Duology, it robbed us of so much Lore we could've had with Arcann and his family (I wished we'd learned more about Thexan).
Epic thx for doing this. This darth nul story is interesting. I think we will find out what valk did with him. I beliefe he infused a part of his spirit into arcann that turned him evil.
That would explain why the ritual could heal him, exorcising that spirit.
Arcann is tragic.

I don;t think that is true. As a force user his emotions drive his actions. As for Darth Nul he senses something familiar because Valkorion was responsible for many of Darth Nul creations, while also using her power for himself. I really wish we hear more of the legacy of Tenebrae and the effect he had on the galaxy.
@@gman5052 but what did leave his body in the Ritual. It is a blue energy. When He dies, his force energy is absorbed by valk, also his spirit. So i believe his emotions led him being controlled and an easy prey

@@gman5052 to be fair, we have seen tenebraes legacy already. he was a tyrant and planned omnicide. he manipulated everything, from nathema to revan and malak to meetra to the children of the emperor, his voices, the phobis devices, the dread masters, the consumption of ziost. Literally everything. He manipulated 1500 years of galactic history.
and in the end he took all his power and knowledge with him to his death. The only legacy tenebrae left was for him to be despised by everyone, sith and jedi alike.
He was the most powerful force user in history and the most hated one as well. I wouldnt be surprised if all records of Tenebrae were erased after his final death, because even the sith disagreed with him.
i'm just glad the sith taught arcann a lesson before he beat them
