Solving Pulling Away When Mounting & Dismounting

This video shows clinic footage of working through a case of a horse that pulled away when being mounted and when dismounted. The horse had a history of a fearful event occurring when he was being dismounted. This lead to a problem with dismounting and then spread to mounting as well. With training the behaviour was stopped but after a long period of time off the horse had started doing the behaviour again. This video shows how I investigated the problem as I worked with the horse to give the owner the best advice of how to solve the problem behavior and stop it from returning.
