Early on it's not a good idea to leave yourself in a Low Power situation. Terraforming stops, and if you have any Food Growers or Water Collectors, they too stop. Not good if you're low on food...
Don't waste water by drinking while you're half full. Later on it doesn't matter, but right now you need to walk a distance to find ice.
You're halfway to Food Growers. I'd consider upgrading the one or two Vegetube T1 you have to increase the speed.
And save the aluminium you have for now. you need it.
