Well done Timothy. I'm also an MSP in Southwest Nebraska...one thing you said stood out for me. Often Home Users are forgotten about, because they're at times a little needy... I can't tell you how many times MSP peers have tried to talk me out of serving residential clients or small "Mom & Pop" businesses. Glad to see someone else cares.
If the advertised number of clients a Unifi AP can handle is 300, should we push it to that limit or better limit per AP to 25% of its maximum capacity?
I haven't actually tested this, but I would steer you towards not running at max. Those ratings are like gas mileage for cars... it is never as advertised. I don't think you need to do 25% but I wouldn't max it out if it were me... Some of that will depend on the clients too... If you have a WiFi 6 AP and all the clients are WiFi 6, then you may be able to push the limits, but if it is a mixed environment, your older devices will always clog up the throughput. Just my 2 cents

Glad to hear that as well! Lots of people need help in this area, not just the bigger businesses.
