On the topic of Carti’s drug use I was a Heroin/Fentanyl IV addict for 3 years. Sipping drank is fun and all but that’s what lead me down the road to percs, dilaudid’s then eventually street heroin- first smoked on foil then injected. Please everyone don’t start I became a homeless loser and almost lost my life and im only 23. I am only now beggining to get ny life together, 5 years of pure terror all began with an innocent double cup of dirty sprite. Raw opium is 10% Morphine 3% Codeine by weight and various alkaloids like Noscapine and Papervine, but when smoked the effects are HIGHLY similar to heroin- Diacetylmorphine. 10 days of use would resault in severe withdrawls, like a flu x10. I pray for Carti. You can smoke heroin on foil or in a glass pipe. The effects are very similar to intervenous use. It can cross the blood-brain barrier while Codeine and Oral Morphine first must be processed by the liver which reduces the effects. We CANNOT lose another literal legend and pioneer!

People already saying they listen to Carti for the vibe and not really for the lyrics, are spot on. I remember finding a 2 hour Chill Playboi Carti mix and slowly getting sucked into it. Playing "9AM in Calabasas" after a great day of surfing on the NorCal coast , and driving up the 1 at sunset was one the most pumped, transcendent, purely happy experiences of my life. Just replaying every awesome wave I'd caught in my head, with that song playing, felt absolutely ethereal. It just goes to show: don't knock it 'til you try it!

the Trippie Redd 'clone song' is actually a song he's featured on called Hello Kitty. It was leaked on Sound Cloud as being Carti's song and titled "Hellcat say meow" it's since released by an artist by the name of sunny2pointO. The baby voice part of the song is not Trippie's verse, but sunny's.
Edit: It was never carti's song like many people originally believed, the leaker did not make it clear who's song it was. He references later in the video that 'hellcat' was Carti's song. It was NOT his, it just sounded like his voice and everyone thought it was
