From your youtube video target group is from 1st std to 12th if I am correct. The entire presentation revolves around your experience and it is good. It brought lots of authencity. Some suggestions if you are planning to do some more videos on READING 1. Recommend/Suggest list of books for different age groups. 2. Prioritize the books in each group. Some books you may put in " must read category" 3. Advice parents not to monitor children like are they reading the book "cover to cover "etc... . Simetimes they read the book after one year. Treat money spent on buying books as investment. 4. Read some lines as it is from the book during presentation. It gives additional feel 5. Reading a book is an experience with each page we can sit for hours imagining lots which even the author is not thought off. This is not possible with vusual media. 6. Encourage youngsters to read history books as well as novels. Novels even though not fully realistic some "take away" (your word i am borrowing) will be there to adapt in our life- virtual learning. Start reading habit from childhood. If parents are interested in reading, usually kids follow them. Kids who read have more vocabulary, more thinking skill and academically do better.sadly, few schools give importance to reading habit beyond their school syllabus. The last line u said is very valid. There is no hard and fast rule that u shud complete a book.
