Some clear perfumes turn yellow as they age, it's okay. Usually the ones to get really cognac yellow would be vanilla, tonka bean, or benzoin scents (and Do Son EDT has benzoin as a base note, so it can be the reason why it got darker in colour). It's still better to keep perfume bottles further away from direct sunlight though.
