    • @happyrockcrafts

      I would do whatever will cover the roller. It depends on your tension, yarn and hook size. 🙂🙂

    There are different size curlers. How do you change the stitch count for the fatter ones?

    • @happyrockcrafts
      @happyrockcrafts  Год назад +3

      Great question, you can increase it by adding more sts but usually it will be stretchy and should fit the curlers fine. I have used fatter and thinner ones with the same stitch count and it works fine 😉😉

    🙋‍♀️ Tammy, Your little gummy worm is so cute! Can you use stuffing if you don't have the curlers, or do you think it won't work as good without the curlers? Well you answered my question. I'm going to have to go to my dollar tree and get some of the foam curlers because the stuffing will not work as good. Thank you for your video I can't wait to make one. ❤

    • @happyrockcrafts
      @happyrockcrafts  Год назад

      Thank you and you could use stuffing if you didn’t want them to be bendable 😉

  • @troublecreativecorner

    can you do it without the goggles eyes? I was thinking stitching the eyes on or safety eyes

    • @happyrockcrafts
      @happyrockcrafts  Год назад +1

      Yes you could. I would do it with a magic ring and do 9 hdcs and do it that way. The hdcs are not so big like the dcs. I did the dcs in the video because we worked around the ring 🙂

    How wide are your curler rods? I see some on Amazon that are different widths and I don’t want a skinny worm, lol … the choices are 0.31” and 0.55”

    Does the foam roller degrade or split , loose integrity from going thru it with hole and needle

      @@happyrockcrafts after you do the initial 8 double crochets. You then do 2 slip stitches and 1 chain. Then you go back to do another 8 double crochets. Yours seem to make the face thicker but when I do the 2nd 8 double crochets mine seem to just make it wider.
