How fun to see you post this yesterday on Facebook! I thought I had seen it before and now I know...4 years ago! You started your channel with a soft voice and excellent instructions and oh boy have you continued with this! We thank you for your time, talent and efforts to help teach us about watercolor painting.
Thanks so much Gail, I really appreciate it that you’re still here watching our channel! (Sorry if I’ve got your name wrong!) Happy painting as always!
Thanks Sue, really appreciate your comments and I hope you give it a go! I’m hoping people will join my facebook group Learn to Paint Watercolour and share their versions on there x
I used to love art at school I’m now 47 so it’s been a while but wanted to paint again, gave your tutorial a go but went a bit off piste 😂 think it turned out ok though ❤
Hello Diane, The Great Karoo is vast. More than 400,000 square meters. Covers 40% of South Africa. Is a semi desert area, which was a vast inland sea 250 million years ago. There are many sheep farmers with huge farms. (The name Karoo is a Khoisan name meaning Land of thirst.). Beautiful stark scenery. There is also a little Karoo, it is spectacular, surrounded by mountains. It contains the famous Fynbos kingdom and succulent plants growing naturally together. Many vinelands. Everything for you to paint! Niki
