    Landlords are too greedy.

      They have to pay their mortgage and taxes. Property taxes have skyrocketed.

      Ohio lawmakers are helping them by writing laws in the favor of businesses and LLCS or regular landlords.

    I read Florida is having the same issue to the point people cannot afford their rent anymore even having 2 jobs.

      Then come October in Florida you can start arresting the homeless

    Increased property taxes that are wasted on stupid things is the culprit. Not landlords
