Fascinating review,not the usual in depth take but interesting none the less mate.Haven't built any Lego trains since my stepdaughter grew up but would make a good addition if coaches and track were available as a static model especially as part of Christmas display.
Excellent review. Thank you. I am starting my build today. I'll have it lit up for Christmas. It is too bad that it does not run and it definitely should have come with a piece of display track. As a Lego Builder I am impressed with the quality and organization of the packaging and set-up directions. Thanks Brian. The problem is it doesn't run - it has no motor. The wheels move alright so you can push it around the floor or on lego trains track if you have it but that's it. That was part of my feedback to FunWhole, anyone who is into lego trains would like to be able to run this on their lego trains layout so a motor would have been good to have.

I have place set aside on the mantlepiece already for Christmas. Yeah, it's needs some track and some coaches. It reminded me of the Polar Express.
