    This is amazing. Very clear and very accurate. I watched 10 other videos and none of them covered all of the information which made me very confused until I found this video. Thank you !

    Brilliantly explained. No other videos explain this so clearly. The only thing I need to understand now is where do Somatic Hypermutation, affinity maturation, follicular dendritic cells and isotype class switching fit in the picture.

    nice, but the main problem for me is that i need to know about things like syk, Btk, BLNK, PLC, ras, raf, MAPK, PIP2, PIP3, IP3, DAG, c-myc, c-fos and other crazy stuff like these... :(

    I think co stimulation occurs when b7 receptor of B cell and cd 28 receptor of Th cell interact.But you told the interaction between CD40 &CD 40L..

      I Know its a year late, but you are thinking or t cell activation. B cells use cd40 and cd40L

    Good but the fake voice is distracting and can't pronounce certain words. Use a real voice!
