@@pocketcharleywithgosiger Yes sorry I forgot to answer. I meant using the soft jaw process on the right spindle... also is there a way to add a drill to pre-drill the soft jaw 1st?
Japanese style of thinking! They provided a tool, but didn't provide a good documentation and explanation. I met thousands of Okuma Lathe users, which does not use this specific Soft Process Tool. Thank you, Charlie!
I hear ya. With an average of 15 manuals per machine, it can be a bit overwhelming to absorb the information, or even know what is available. My favorite comment to tell customers as I'm leaving their facility is: "You don't know what you don't know until you don't know it!". This is why I invite questions and requests on the channel
I use this very often but there is one thing i mis in this macro. There is no M08 in the last step. Do you know where i can change that. Sorry for my writing, i am dutch.

Hey talked highly of you.

Cheers this helped me with our new machine. Very easy.
This is great! Thanks! If you can, a detailed video of how to use the sub spindle would be great! I'm trying to learn how to program it
Sorry, this comment slipped thru the cracks... Do you mean using the soft jaw process on the right spindle or programming in general?

How to use restart option
How to define the X&Z zero offset for soft jaw processing
Exactly the same way you would a part. X0 should be centerline and Z0 is face of jaws
Is this only on the osp300? We have a 200.
Yes, it is a new feature on the P300L only.
