Sensitive Plant Designations in California

This is video describes federally sensitive plants (Forest Service sensitive [USFS:S] and BLM sensitive [BLM:S]); and state sensitive plants with a California Rare Plant Rank (CRPR) in California. Sensitive plants have no official status under the following: Federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), the California Endangered Species Act (CESA) and the California Native Plant Protection Act (NPPA).
