I´m a 45 year-old man using an 80 lb barbell. It´s the fourth time I´ve done this workout and I decided, this time, that the only way I´d be able to finish this video without having to pause it was by slowing it down to 0.75 of its real speed. I did it. I´m a sweaty mess but I managed to finish it in one stretch.

brilliant going Jose. That's the way to do it. Go at a pace that pushes you, but also you're able complete, build up your fitness and then push on a little harder the next time. You will find in no time you are smashing it along with us in the video. God work :-)

Hello All, I have completed 21 days since i began this type of workout model.
I am 37 now and i am not new to workouts.
My current weight is 178.2 lbs. I started at 185lbs on 15th oct 2017. I could have lost more weight provided i ate healthy. I did not engage in strict cutting diet. I indulged in heavy dinners 3 times in last 21 days. But still, i noticed following observations.
    1. My trouser which was not at all fitting me in the last 1 year is fitting me now. I am happy.
    2. I noticed a considerable increase in my arm size even though we don't have specific arm exercises in this workout.
    3. Most importantly, my strength is increased significantly. So far in my life, i was never able to curl more than 30 lbs in one arm. Now , i am able to curl 33 lbs * 5 reps on each arm. Amazing. So is my squatting strength is now at 92lbs. Earlier it was only 75lbs.
    4. On real life improvement front ,In my workplace i am now running on steps up to 5th floor. Earlier i used to do only up to 3rd floor and then take a break before resuming.

Great going Pradeep. Remember when doing workouts , especially with weights I wouldn't worry about what the scale says. As you will be losing fat BUT gaining muscle which on the scales can make you think you aren't achieving anything. The end of this video will explain what I mean better ruclips.net/video/88reJCXp05g/видео.html

Guys, this workout is great. I start this from October 15, 2017. My start weight is 185 lbs. I will keep doing this workout and similar workouts 6 days a week along with a decent diet control and let you know my results.
I am targeting 170 lbs in December 15 with only fat to be lost. I want to preserve the muscle i already have in my body without losing much.

54 years old. I did 65 pounds first two days. times went from 38:43 to second day of 26:11. I just added more weight on third day to 95 and got it done in 36:40. So, my goal is 135lbs in under 30 minutes. The first day I tried 135 and i was dead after round 2. Eyes were bigger than my stomach. Just because I can easily squat or whatever with 135, the burpess and the rest had me barfing. It's alot of fun as opposed to just lifting.

First of all, thank you very much for this workout. 1.5 years ago, I dropped from 120 kilos to 98 kilos and increased my weight up to 104.7 with an irregular training style for about 1 year. I started this training on November 12, my weight was 104.7 I think. For the 2 days after the workout, my muscles were very sore. On November 15, I tried again, this time as 10.9 and 8, and then I had to quit. I think bmi is between 30 - 32. I use this system to lose weight. I pay some attention to my diet. I'm on a vegan diet. If I continue, I think I can go back in a month or so and write the developments here.

So I did this today with 95 pounds (45 bar 25 each side) and it sucked but I did it. My question is could you do this every other day as your workout and gradually increase weight? It was great I loved it. I will be doing it again with 30 lbs on Friday. I have been doing the StrongLifts 5x5 for about four months and wanted some variety.

I love this workout. I went up to 115 after I was able to do it under 30 minutes with 95 pounds. It's been over a month and I still can't crack 30 minutes. But, I'm a sweaty mess and my body has changed doing this routine three days a week for now around 3 months. I do front squats in stead of traditional back squats. Much leaner and since I don't have a rack, cleaning the weight to get it up for squats makes it even harder. Highly recommend this workout. Warning...... It's not easy.

I know this was a year ago, but for you or anyone else, start out with just the bar and slowly add weight (only applies to Olympic barbells; if a standard barbell or easy-bar, you want to start out with about 15 pounds on each side (or 20). Work on form and add weight every week.

Deward Torres as long as you keep the integrity in your form which means you can keep the weight and reps consistent, you can do this 3-4 times a week for fat loss. It’s a barbell complex, which beats any kind of cardio machine use hands down.
