I think it's fair to say that Trump gets away with everything he does, so don't hold your breath. The evidence seems pretty strong from the prosecution side but there'll be one or 2 jurors that won't vote to convict. I think we better start getting used to the fact that he won't legally be held accountable. Just look at the Supreme Court with the immunity stuff and Fani experiencing road blocks, Judge Cannon delaying etc etc etc...

Cohen pleaded guilty to eight criminal counts in August 2018, including charges of causing an unlawful campaign contribution, stemming from a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels to hide an alleged affair with Trump before the 2016 presidential election.
The point is not that he lies about everything. It's about what parts of his testimony fit with the other witnesses testimonies

Indeed it would appear Michael Cohen was the primary instigator of all of this. All of this is happening under the Biden administration.

Since the judge treats trump differently (any other defendant, who violates the judge's gag order 10+ times, would be incarcerated), I am hoping that the jury is braver and has more integrity.
