Once you are cleared for exercise do "Kneeling opposite arm/opposite leg." Two sets of 5 reps per side. Please let me know what other videos you want me to cover. Lots of different reasons for back pain. See a Dr first and hopefully a good physical therapist will give you some good stretching and strengthening exercises.
