I wouldn't advise getting a wisteria for your arbor... unless you enjoy trimming vines everyday. They grow very fast and can bring down your whole patio or raise a loose roof shingle. Something less aggressive may suit you better.

Wisteria tore the gutters off my house. I would also avoid passion flower and trumpet vine. You will never get rid of them. If you want a large flowering vine, get a clematis Montana. They get huge but aren’t thuggish.

So clever! Now I know what to do with the tree shaped metal wall art I was about to get rid of--thank you!

I enjoyed your patio refresh. It gives me ideas what to do with our future home. I believe the vine you we’re questioning is a variegated vinca vine. I hope you have a wonderful season!

I have been working on my patio this week, and you have given me so many ideas! I am waiting on lights I have ordered. My space is covered and curtained like yours. My curtain rods are copper tubing, aged and patinaed now. Watching you put everything together was so enjoyable! I just love all your videos!
