Soft tissue and fascia in the body

- When a person is injured and feels pain without a broken bone or bleeding it can be referred to as a soft tissue injury. Examples can be a strain or a sprain or whiplash if the neck is involved.
It all seems pretty vague until you learn that this all relates to a configuration= a system in the body called fascia. It is under the skin, within muscles and runs throughout the body. It is what truly keeps the body all together.
