Math of +4 ga items (as i understand)
+3x 1.5(rounded down[ga]) 4.5 = 4
.05 x9 (regular upgrades) .45
.25x3 (3 masterwork crits) .75
Total multiplier 2.2 x 3=6.6+1 (ga)
7.6 rounded down is 7 but if they rounded up, it could be possible to get 8
Also if they included the ga boost in the initial phase of multipliers, it could be 8.8 but it isnt calculated that way.
Tldr: 7 is possible if u mw it 3x as a GA

There's a glitch that allows you to have the gauge meter always full: once it fills up for the first time, you leave the game (leave the game, not exit diablo). Then when you start the game, meter will be full forever (until you die)
