If you scoot your headboard away from the wall, you should cease several dozen screws going in from the backside into the panel. It’s as easy as removing them usually and it should pop right off.
You are a life saver! Tysm for this video!!!! Can you please tell me where you got the leather from and the exact color? For years, I've been dealing with this torn-up California king headboard. The bed is sentimental to me, but it's in such bad shape that it's stressing me out peeling and shedding for so long. Also, I don't have staples on my headboard, but it has round circular metal pieces embedded into the edges of the leather. Do you know if those are removable, and if I could use a staple remover to remove them as well?
I get my vinyl from Charlotte fabrics. I can’t quite remember which one it was. It has been a while and they have a lot to choose from. I could probably help a little more on your other question if you send me photos of your situation
Where is your shop? I rather remove it and try to bring headboard to your shop or you can pick it up. I'm in NY, are you located any places Round here?
Where are you located?
My headboard has the wood around the faux leather. I would love to see one where you took the leather part away from the wood frame. Thanks!
