Krav Maga: Bear Hug + Side Choke Defense *FIGHT*

BEAR HUG DEFENSE!
Quick video demonstrating a few Krav Maga bear hug defense. I like this defense because it is not intuitive like a slap defense or something basic.
Just think if someone ran up on you and grabbed your arms and had a monster grip what would you do?
This defense is simple and effective. Follow these steps:
1. Create distance
2. Strike a weak spot
3. Fix your footing( balance, coordination, ect)
4. Break the grip
5. Strike another weak spot
6. Get away or detain your attacker
