I'm trying out the computer version currently and I LOVE the format. I already have that baseline knowledge but I need to get to the next level on sentence structure. The fact that they don't deprive you of the english translation of the sentence is great too. Apps that operate off the assumption that our adult brains don't operate like that of a child are perfect.

Although Clozemaster is quite advanced, I find it okay to ease into languages that I'm having a dabble in, but that might be from my language learning hobby being a hobby I've had since I was 7 and I'm now 30. I do think its not suitable for beginners who have no beginning experience in self language acquisition, but it might be suitable for people who have that experience of self-study.

All true statements. It definitely gets easier to jump in head first when you have experience in language learning

I really like clozemaster. Often the other spanish programs will frustrate me or bore me ( I have 4 other programs). When I want to quit I go to Clozemaster to motivate myself again. My goal is to be able to read a spanish book without looking up every word and I feel Clozemaster will help me do that. I'm already getting better.

put a sticky note over the answer and try to guess the sentence. Man that's fun. Although, I am sure it would be easier for you than me. I am still very new to Spanish. I am hooked tho.

if anyone reading this wants to learn conjugation, just read, your brain is gonna trip up on reading and struggling, the most common features in the language will come up so often that you'lle get used to to and that will give you the tools to figure out the advanced stages in the languages, even though if you're a complete beginner then just look for content that is translated into both your target language and your native one so you can compare words and make sense of the words and conjugation without learning vocabulary because the context will make you learn it which requires you to pay heed to everything
I'm a spanish people but the quizzes and phrases that were shown were unfrequent and we'd never use them, just immerse in the language and watch videos and movies to understand and don't test yourself on quizzes like this because it won't help you. I know this girl has the best intentions to learn languages and don't intend to judge her but always be mindful about the tools

Come to a working class area of London and you will only ever have to learn one conjugation of 'To Be', and that is, 'Was'. You won't need anything else.

"Jackson n'est plus..." is a shorter form maybe of "n'est plus vivant" i.e., no longer "living".
And the auxiliary "est" is the equivalent of the English "is" . Both denote the existence of something/someone. So, "Jackson is no longer existent". Il n'est plus.

the pro levels on the grammar challenges aren't going to get unlocked when you finish por vs parar?

  • @loot6

I've no idea how you're using it because I tried it and it just says "You've reached today's limit of 30 sentences!" I don't see how you can use it effectively at all without signing up for the pro version with such an extreme limit, but you seem to be doing a lot here with the free version....you also don't mention this 30 sentence limit. Am I doing something wrong with it?
