Serviced accommodation: What is Pricing software?

When it comes to pricing your units there are two ways you can do this. Firstly you can take a look at what your competitors are charging and find an average for your area based on your standard of property, this can be the same price each year or seasonal (this is personally how I originally set my pricing).
Alternatively there is pricing software that you can pay a subscription to that links into your channel manager. This then pulls in all the seasonal information and data regarding key events in your area and amends your nightly price accordingly to ensure you are charging the best and right price in your area.
