That is strange, I log in to looking to book and find new a very different tool bar, starts with "Your Search" where the screen has "Price" , trying to filter and use it is a cluttered to the point where it is unusable; I am giving up looking on airbnb, I feel sorry for hosts as I think a lot of people will just quit using it (how many people are going filter on "Shepherd's huts ???"

You lot are the reason why we have a housing crisis. Rats have more living space these days.

Oh no! I can't see an HMO stacking if flats don't, more importantly lenders will be thinking the same thing. Why not just put it back on the market with the planning for the flats??? HMO conversions are really expensive and take forever, it will tie up all your time for no real benefit. Get out while you can I say!

Hows the cashflow in this HMO being only 3 beds? How do you keep the noise level down from the upstairs shower toilet and extractor? With another bedroom just 4" away? Cheers.

One year later 😅...I like the brown shelving as is...I think it adds a bit of character in the room. Regarding the shower door, is it possible to adjust the door hinges so that the door pulls out instead of pushing it in to enter the shower? Unless I’m misunderstanding the problem... Anyway, lovely home!
