That company loves to send out free products for free video reviews but when someone buys their product and has problems with it they give us the run around trying to get it replaced, I bought an airbag jack and the thing almost killed me when the guts inside came apart, it took me three weeks of back and forth emails and threatening to do a real honest video review of a purchased product before they were willing to resolve the matter, it shouldn't be that hard to resolve a an issue with a defective product.
